	RUNCOM RNA200   RNA200 is however unique in some ways as the SoC not only includes the implementation of the PHY and the MAC layer functions but also includes an embedded CPU (ARM 1136) and analog modules to reduce the chip count and space footprint. The RNA200 baseband modem (called “Tornado”) needs only an RFIC, SDRAM and serial Flash memory to complete all the functionalities. The RFIC in use would be dependent on the frequency band in use.

	Fujitsu MicroMaxe Initiating mobile WiMAX coverage in areas where   broadband wireless overlays are required has become much easier with the fully self contained base stations similar to MacroMAXe® from Fujitsu.   These base stations operate with  the approved WiMAX Forum profiles and support the 2.3 and 2.5 GHz frequency bands, the prime bands for mobile WiMAX. With 20 Mhz channels and MIMO bit rates of 75 Mbps can be supported. The base stations are outdoor versions and feature power outputs of 10W.   Beceem BCS200 BCS 200 is designed for use in wave 2 certification profiles of IEEE802.16e which includes the   use of MIMO and beam forming in mobile environment. The BCS 200 has many features which are designed to comply to the certification profiles and provide highest  data throughputs. These include for example the use of multiband multichannel direct conversion radio(DCR).This not only improves the signal quality by eliminating the surface acoustic wave(SAW)  filters but also makes the use of the BCSB200/BCSR200chipset assembly possible in different markets with spectrum bands of 2.3,2.5,3.5  and 3.3 GHz.
